Purpose of This Job

• Pro-active communication and diverse marketing activities with internal and external customer to drive Desoutter Echosystem to be perceived as Market Solution Leader in key segment.
• Planning and executing Marketing activities including product launch, market analysis, training, customer seminar and support relevant teams to meet CPI revenue and profit target.

Key Responsibilities

[Supporting and Collaboration with Teams]

• Lead marketing team in order to support sales and service team by providing relevant information including product, solutions and customer applications to achieve the business target and profit
• Promotion activities presenting product and solutions to distributors.

[Market Analysis and Activities]

• Analyze the market and competitors in terms of market trend, mapping in the plant, pricing, competition and distribution.
• Drive Desoutter Ecosystem launch by coordinating with CP headquarter and internal teams.
• Preparation for marketing material such as catalogues, leaflet, brochures, presentation, user manual and giveaway in Korean and English version.
• Support price positioning of product and solutions in the market by analyzing the market price with Sales Manager and BLM

[Training, Seminar and Product Demo]

• Product training, seminar and product demo for internal organization, distributors and customers.
• Support preparation of training materials including product, presentation and movie file, etc.

[Communication]

• Interaction with Communication team to increase brand awareness based on CP Policy
• Brand promotion to become a market leader by having industrial fair, newsletter, seminar, advertisement, and Digital Communication including SNS, Web, Mobile solutions etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• Understanding on B2B business including Automotive OEM, Automotive Tiers or other General Industries is a plus
• Enthusiast to learn and promote new product solution with value proposition to customers
• Spoken and Written English is required
• Domestic and international business travel is required
• Major in University is not limited
