Your role

As a Data Management Engineer within our Manufacturing Production team at Edwards Korea – PC Asan, you will be instrumental in advancing the efficiency and quality of our mass production processes. Your role centers on innovating and refining manufacturing workflows through the effective management and integration of production data, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the [add hiring manager title], you will collaborate across multiple disciplines to drive technology-enabled solutions.

• Develop and optimize data-driven process control strategies to increase manufacturing throughput and reduce waste.
• Design layouts and workflows for manufacturing equipment aligned with data insights to maximize productivity and safety.
• Coordinate comprehensive testing phases to monitor process performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate closely with product design engineers to integrate technical specifications that align with manufacturing capabilities, ensuring scalable and cost-effective production.
• Lead initiatives to digitally transform manufacturing operations through innovative data collection and analysis tools, fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all process engineering activities.
• Provide training and mentorship to manufacturing teams on data management best practices and process optimization techniques.
