Role

• Drive increased customer satisfaction in the customer site.
• Set the schedule for PM and performs PM, calibration and capability test.
• Installation, start-up of products and support sales team with product and application expertise and best practice solutions.
• Analyze the trouble of products and report to Specialist or Head Office directly.
• Keep his/her technology level of product and customer trouble to cover all of problems.
• Train customers and collect the data then build KPIs.
• Responsible for quoting of spare parts.
• Expand Service contract business with Specialist

Requirements

• Engineering back ground would be good.(Mechanic, Electronic or Computer)
• Good English skills if possible
• Open mind to be driving force of business with colleague
• Quick learner and work in a team
• Oriented mindset
