Your day-to-day

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and onboard reliable suppliers who meet performance and compliance standards
• Lead negotiations around pricing, contract terms, and delivery timelines to secure advantageous deals
• Monitor inventory dynamics closely to prevent shortages while avoiding excess stock
• Work integratively with departments such as production, quality assurance, and logistics to harmonize supply chain efforts
• Interpret purchasing data and trends to support initiatives aimed at process improvement and cost reductions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of procurement activities and regularly evaluate supplier performance

Your skills and experience

• Demonstrated track record in procurement or supply chain roles, ideally within production or semiconductor sectors
• Exceptional negotiation capabilities paired with strategic vendor relationship management
• Deep familiarity with procurement lifecycle, contract administration, and inventory management principles
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and guide decision-making with precision
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and levels
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage workflows and reporting efficiently
