Product Manager, EUV

Your role
As a Product Manager - VSS Service - EUV, your mission is to define and own the roadmap for service product features, upgrades, and support for the EUV install base, bringing the latest innovations to our customers and ensuring we remain competitive and sustainable in the semiconductor market. You will report to the Global Product Manager.
You will
- Support and maintain EUV‑focused service product introductions, defining project scope, roadmaps, and accountable actions.
- Collaborate closely with global colleagues to gather feedback and drive continuous development of service products that meet evolving market requirements.
- Support the creation and refinement of marketing collateral, working with Customer Centres to ensure accurate, value‑driven materials aligned to EUV product releases.
- Partner with VSS BLMs and Customer Centre teams to understand customer strategies and map our EUV service product offering to their key performance indicators.
- Provide regions with additional EUV‑specific value proposition information when required.
- Take accountability for product revenue performance throughout the full lifecycle - including legacy, obsolete, modified, and next‑gen EUV products.

You have 3+ years of experience working in a technical or commercial role within a high‑technology industry, ideally linked to semiconductor or service product environments.
- Experience supporting sales or customer‑facing commercial activities, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- A proven ability to combine, analyse, and prioritise technical information from multiple sources.
- Strong cross‑cultural communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
- Competence in MS Office and confidence using digital communication tools to create clear, compelling messaging.
- Preferred: Direct experience within the semiconductor industry or a global service organisation.
- Preferred: Experience shaping or managing product roadmaps, particularly for advanced technologies such as EUV.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at the Product Company in Asan, Korea (the Republic of) (KR).
