As the Project Manager, NPI Integrated Systems (SAVAS) within the dynamic Vacuum Technique team at Edwards Korea – PC Asan, you will play a pivotal role in managing new product introductions and integrated system projects. Reporting directly to the relevant hiring manager, your responsibility will be to lead cross-functional collaboration that ensures product development milestones are met efficiently and effectively. Your role is critical in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet customer demands while ensuring alignment with Edwards Korea Ltd’s production standards and strategic goals.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new product introduction (NPI) projects within integrated systems.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental teams to facilitate seamless project progression and resolve any challenges proactively.
  • Develop project schedules, track milestones, and report status updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure product specifications and timelines are met.
  • Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating lessons learned and best practices into future projects.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in project management within manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor or vacuum technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of new product introduction processes and integrated system project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
