Quality Inspector

Your role

As a valued member of our Quality Inspector team at Edwards Korea – PC Asan, you will report directly to the Hiring Manager. Your primary mission is to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in our vacuum technique products through meticulous inspection and adherence to standardized procedures. Your role directly supports the delivery of superior products that meet our customers' stringent requirements, playing a crucial part in our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement within the semiconductor industry.

Your day-to-day

• Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of semiconductor vacuum components following established quality standards and protocols.
• Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformances to the quality assurance team promptly.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to monitor and improve process quality and efficiency.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality issues effectively.
• Maintain clean and organized inspection work areas to support safety and quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all inspection activities.

Please note this position requires standing for prolonged periods and working in an environment with variable temperature conditions common in manufacturing settings.

Your skills and experience

• Demonstrated ability to follow standardized inspection procedures with high attention to detail to maintain product integrity.
• Effective communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset, enabling collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• A commitment to reliability and maintaining a safety-first approach in all aspects of work.
• Physical capability to meet mandatory requirements, including standing for extended periods, good manual dexterity, and visual acuity for inspection tasks.
• Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments, especially within semiconductor or vacuum technology sectors, is highly desirable.

Your location and working hours

This full-time position is located at our Product Company facility in Asan, Korea, Republic of.
