Your day-to-day

• Lead the design and development of advanced systems and components tailored to meet the evolving demands of semiconductor abatement processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and supply chain to align product development with operational goals.
• Manage prototype development and conduct rigorous testing to validate product safety, performance, and environmental compliance.
• Develop detailed project plans including technical specifications, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Support scale-up activities and transfer knowledge to manufacturing teams ensuring smooth commercialization of new products.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline, with a strong foundation in systems engineering principles.
• Proven experience in product development, ideally within semiconductor equipment or vacuum technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into viable engineering solutions.
• Proficient in CAD software and project management tools to support design and development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and external partners.
