Join Edwards Korea – PC Asan as a Supply Quality Engineer within our Vacuum Technique team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise and inquisitiveness to champion quality throughout our supply chain, ensuring that every product meets the rigorous standards that Edwards is known for in semiconductor production. Your contributions will be integral to maintaining operational excellence and fostering continuous improvement, directly impacting the delivery of superior products and enhancing customer satisfaction globally.

Your day-to-day

• Partner closely with suppliers to design, implement, and monitor quality enhancement initiatives aligned with Edwards’ stringent requirements.
• Perform comprehensive supplier audits and detailed process evaluations to identify potential risks and develop effective corrective action plans.
• Utilize data-driven analysis to track supplier performance metrics, proactively addressing quality concerns before they impact operations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and engineering to resolve quality issues and ensure a cohesive approach.
• Lead root cause investigations and spearhead problem-solving workshops to mitigate recurrence of quality incidents within the supply chain.
• Support the successful introduction of new products by managing supplier qualification processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is required.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain quality engineering, ideally within semiconductor manufacturing or advanced high-tech industries.
• In-depth familiarity with quality management systems and standards including ISO 9001, APQP, and PPAP methodologies.
• Strong analytical aptitude paired with meticulous attention to detail for rigorous quality control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and supplier networks.
• Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools to support measurement, reporting, and decision-making.
