Join Edwards Korea Ltd as a Systems Engineer in the NPI Integrated Systems (SAVAS) team where you will lead innovative research and development initiatives in vacuum technology. Your day-to-day

  • Conceptualize and engineer innovative vacuum system solutions tailored to client and market demands.
  • Lead rigorous testing and validation processes to guarantee compliance with industry standards for safety and performance.
  • Collaborate with the business and finance teams to prepare detailed project proposals and manage development budgets efficiently.
  • Analyze data from quality control and safety assessments to guide continuous improvement cycles.
  • Stay abreast of cutting-edge scientific and engineering advances, integrating breakthrough technologies into product lines.
  • Oversee project timelines and milestones to ensure delivery targets are met within scope and budget constraints.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in research and development in engineering, with a preference for candidates familiar with vacuum technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with hands-on proficiency in product design, prototyping, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, supporting cross-team initiatives effectively.
