Mail responsibility

  • The Technical Project Lead works closely with product management, division teams, manufacturing sites, customer support functions, and other stakeholders to manage complex technical requirements and project deliverables.
  • The role coordinates cross-functional teams and establishes the right functional participation for requirement analysis, technical review, and implementation planning. This includes defining team involvement, facilitating communication, and ensuring responsibilities are understood and executed.
  • The position leads or supports technical reviews to assess product feasibility, technical fit, compliance, and implementation impact. It also contributes to product compliance assessments, risk reviews, and electrical reviews, including EMC and safety-related considerations where relevant.
  • The Technical Project Lead supports structured project execution by coordinating schedule, resource, and cost-related discussions. This includes supporting cost analysis, aligning functions on deliverables, and helping maintain project progress across departments.
  • The role acts as a communication bridge between stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to support timely decisions, issue resolution, and alignment of priorities across functions.
  • Where relevant, the role may also support service-related deployment activities such as Copy Exact Service or similar implementation and support requirements

 

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Education level
    •  A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Technology, or a related technical discipline is typically required. Equivalent relevant technical experience may also be considered depending on the organization.
  • Experience
    •  The ideal candidate has strong experience in technical project or program management within manufacturing, product development, service engineering, or a related technical environment. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams, factory support organizations, or product sustainment activities is highly valuable.
    • Experience managing engineering changes, product issues, validation plans, and technically complex stakeholder environments is important. Prior exposure to quality improvement, reliability, root cause analysis, or operations support is also beneficial.
