As a Test Technician (Temporary) within the Vacuum Technique business area at Edwards Korea, you will join our dedicated Edwards Korea – PC Asan team in Asan. Reporting directly to the relevant manager, your key mission is to ensure the quality and reliability of our vacuum technology products by conducting precise and thorough testing procedures. You will play an instrumental role in supporting the research and development efforts that contribute to delivering high-performance solutions tailored to the semiconductor industry.

Short Description

Join Edwards Korea as a Test Technician (Temporary) where you'll apply your technical skills in a hands-on role supporting cutting-edge vacuum technology. Your day-to-day

• Perform detailed functional and performance testing of vacuum components and systems using established protocols.
• Document and analyze test results, maintaining accurate records to support quality assurance and development teams.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all testing activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing procedures and product performance.
• Support the setup and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure operational readiness and accuracy.

Your skills and experience

• Background or experience in technical testing or manufacturing operations, ideally within vacuum technology or semiconductor sectors.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise protocols and document results accurately.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced production and R&D environment.
• Effective communication skills to share insights and findings clearly with colleagues and management.
