Sales Engineer Capital Equipment AII - Greece

Your role

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

You will

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. 
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. 
• Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations. 
• Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

• A degree/diploma in Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, in Sales or Marketing related roles
• Specific commercial experience in industrial sales
• Commercial experience in Marine industry will be considered a plus
• Excellent command of the local language and very good command of English
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in the use of a CRM system is highly desirable
• Strong customer focus, pro-active and result-oriented
• Hold and open communication at all levels
• Self-motivated, self-organized, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty
• Structured and practical, aiming to solve daily issues, being capable in driving actions to a positive end
• Willingness to follow procedures, but openness in creativity and innovation
