Optimization Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Optimization Sales Consultant to join our team and drive the sales of our cutting-edge Optimization & Connectivity products.

 

Your Role

The Optimization Sales Consultant is responsible for maximizing sales of our innovative Optimization & Connectivity products through a consultative approach. You will guide clients through a structured process of analysis, optimization, and monitoring, ensuring they achieve optimal performance and energy savings.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales Process:
    • Conduct specialized audits (AIRScan) to identify improvement opportunities in client compressor systems.
    • Implement and promote our optimization technologies, including central controllers, energy recovery, and AirNet solutions.
    • Monitor implemented technologies using SmartLink and Smart AirNet to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Relationship Management:
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on optimizing their compressor installations for energy efficiency.
    • Develop and present tailored technical and commercial proposals, utilizing our calculation tools.
    • Provide regular updates and reports through our CRM system.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends in energy efficiency, industry regulations, and subsidy programs.
    • Maintain and enhance your technical knowledge.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Convincingly represent the values and image of the Atlas Copco group.

 

 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience in energy consultancy.
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • A willingness to share technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of air compressors and auxiliary equipment (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and other relevant software
  • A continuous drive to learn and develop new solutions
  • A creative, structured, and analytical approach
  • The ability to read technical documentation
  • Technical skills in electricity and mechanics
