We are looking for Service Sales Engineer to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.

 

Your role            

 

Your mission as a Service Sales Engineer is to develop and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners by listening, creating value and by creating and following up on leads and opportunities that support business growth for our customers and our own business.

 

Your success is determined by your ability to be customer-oriented, while finding the most suitable value proposition for the customer.  You will develop a strategic sales territory, new accounts, opportunities and call planning.  You will follow market trends and look for innovative solutions for changing customer and market scenarios.  You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

 

  • You will attend to incoming customer requests and develop those into cross-selling and upselling opportunities 

  • You will follow up, qualify and respond to leads from different sources 

  • You will collaborate with other areas and sales teams and departments to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers 

  • You will conduct prospecting with defined target accounts, set up future meetings and develop sales opportunities 

  • You will conduct the necessary sales process to create value for the customer and each stakeholder 

  • You will identify and further develop contacts within each account 

  • You will prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services, Service Plans, and other services 

  • You will use business tools, such as Salesforce.com, CPQ (iQ2), ERP (BPCS), among others, to gather necessary customer information for quoting, follow-up and to record activities 

  • You will process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process by acquiring the necessary PO, documentation, approvals and contract review process 

  • You will help with upkeep the installed base information and customers records in both ERP (BPCS) and the CRM systems 

  • You will provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on market activity, competition and other relevant information 

  • You will conduct regular reviews with respective sales manager and CTS team 

  • You will contribute to team efforts, meetings and discussions 

 

To succeed, you need

 

  • You have 2 years experience in the service business, prospecting and conducting systematic sales process.

  • You have experience with compressed air systems or similar. 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered. 

  • You are customer-oriented, able to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly 

  • You are a risk taker.

  • You can lead yourself and are willing to act while coping with varied workloads.

  • You are well-versed with a computer, CRMs, and database management

You will be remote with a dedicated territory and report to our Houston, Texas location. #LI-Remote
