Program Manager - Installation Support

Your role

The Program Manager is a member of the NACC team and serves as the primary program coordination lead for a strategic customer account. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution of complex equipment installation, start-up, upgrade, and service delivery activities. The position focuses on cross-functional coordination, customer communication, schedule management, risk mitigation, and successful product deployment rather than direct people management.

The following responsibilities are achieved through strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, customer communication, and structured program management across multiple functional teams:

•    Communicate account-specific installation and deployment schedules, resource requirements, logistics readiness, customer commitments, and milestone execution across service, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations.
•    Monitor program progress and communicate status, risks, issues, action items, mitigation plans, and key deliverables to customer and internal stakeholders.
•    Lead large-account installation and deployment programs to achieve on-time customer acceptance, successful system start-up, and operational readiness through effective coordination of cross-functional workstreams and stakeholder expectations.
•    Ensure alignment between customer schedules and product delivery commitments
•    Coordinate installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities with Installation Manager and customer contacts
•    Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and risk mitigation
•    Provide program governance, milestone tracking, and executive status reporting
•    Support successful execution of high-visibility customer programs

You will have qualified to degree level or equivalent experience and prior semiconductor industry experience. You will also have:

•    Prior experience coordinating complex semiconductor equipment installations, customer deployments, program management in a field environment.
•    Highly collaborative with demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering, service, manufacturing, logistics, and customer organizations.
•    Ability to analyse information, identify key issues, and report clearly and accurately in verbal or written format.
•    Technically minded, able to quickly grasp concepts and relevant factors in areas outside own prior experience.
•    Ability to deliver to tight deadlines on multiple concurrent projects.
•    High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project using Office 365.
•    Personal composure under pressure and experience of operating under challenging circumstances.
•    Flexible working approach.
•    Proficient in English.
