GBS AI Transformation & Adoption Analyst

At Atlas Copco, innovation is part of how we continuously improve our business. As part of our digital transformation journey, we are building new capabilities focused on AI-driven automation and emerging Agentic AI solutions within Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization.

We are looking for an GBS AI Transformation & Adoption Analyst who will help identify automation opportunities, evaluate business value, and support implementation of AI solutions across global finance and operational processes.

What you will do

•    Identify and evaluate automation opportunities across finance and business processes
•    Translate workflows into AI-ready and Agentic AI-driven automation use cases
•    Assess business value, feasibility, risks, and scalability of new initiatives
•    Help define suitable automation approaches including AI solutions, Agentic AI concepts, and workflow automation
•    Collaborate with finance teams, IT, process owners, and automation specialists globally
•    Support implementation and adoption of new solutions within daily operations
•    Track initiatives and business impact using Power BI and Excel
•    Help establish best practices and frameworks for future AI-driven initiatives

To succeed, you will need

•    3+ years of experience in Finance, Process Improvement, Automation, or Transformation roles
•    Understanding of finance processes such as O2C, P2P, or R2R
•    Experience with automation or digital transformation initiatives
•    Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
•    Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel
•    Understanding of AI technologies, Agentic AI concepts, RPA, or workflow automation technologies
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Fluent English
