Your mission

As part of the South East Europe HR team, you will:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring an excellent employee experience and compliance with Romanian labor legislation.
  • Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, talent development and people-related matters.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities across South East Europe, working closely with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Manage and maintain HR data and processes within our global HR systems, ensuring data quality and continuous improvement.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training activities and promoting continuous learning.
  • Prepare HR reports and people insights that support business decisions.
  • Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs in close collaboration with Finance and external payroll providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Manage HR Operations activities, ensuring efficient and standardized HR processes, documentation, and support employee administration across the South East Europe region.
  • Contribute to regional HR projects, digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives across the region, helping to foster an inclusive culture.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees across the region.

To succeed, you will need

We're looking for someone who combines strong HR knowledge with curiosity, ownership and a genuine passion for people.

You also have:

  • At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment.
  • Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation.
  • Experience working with HR information systems (SuccessFactors is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and continuously improve the way we work.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across different countries and cultures.
