After Market Manager- Indirect

Short Description
- Implement a strategic sales and pricing plan as well as measures for the launch and development of service products in the region.
- Define and continuously optimize service sales coverage and geographic distribution of the sales force (territorymanagement), and develop the sales process to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for the management and coaching of the service sales teams, ensuring that the teams respect the Atlas Copco talent framework. (ensure customer success, improve company results, lead self, focus on team success,commit to sustainable growth).
- Proactively encourages the achievement of sales targets while ensuring that the customer experience is of the highest quality. Recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them and implement succession plans.
- Responsible for the organization and implementation of all after-sales sales team activities (visits, opportunities and quotations).
- Promote service products with a focus on increasing market share (1:1 ratio), but also on increasing customer market share (climbing the service ladder) in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Maintain good relationships with key customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels.
- Provide monthly reports on service sales performance and maintain up-to-date contact with customers and installed base.
- Work in partnership with the equipment sales team and the service operations team to improve productivity by offering a global solution to the customer.
- Support the team with consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and work with the training team to develop individual action plans.
- Set individual and team objectives; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations.

Your skills and experience
- Degree and experience Level
- Master's degree in engineering or business
- At least 10 years' experience in the industrial and/or scientific vacuum industry
- Very good knowledge of the French industrial and/or scientific vacuum fabric
- People skills :
