Field Service Engineer / Technician + Onsite Engineer 1 1

Your role

Your job will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional engineering and support service inline to organizational commitment and maximize the value and profitability of our service business with sustainability

This position will report to Regional Service Manager- Bangalore

1. To carry out  the day-to-day function of the service related jobs assigned at Workshop and calibration lab.

 2. To diagnose problematic and inefficient performance of all Atlas Copco power tools products and   take appropriate action to rectify performance

 3. To identify and source spare parts and consumables required for the repair of tools

 4. To carry out calibration, testing and certification of all Atlas Copco power tool products, according      to standard procedures

 5. To determine and undertake all necessary preventative maintenance on all power tool products

 6. To generate technical reports on service.

 7. To carry out pre delivery testing and inspection of tools as appropriate prior to delivery / site installation

 8. To undertake ad-hoc projects as required.

 9. To incorporate Flexible attitude to working out of normal as and when required.

10. Ensure customer satisfaction by closely working with all the levels of customer thus by ensuring the end goals are met.

• BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MTB or Maintenance
• Good written and spoken English communication skills

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Bangalore. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, India (IN).
