Order Management Processor
- Serve as the Local Order Management Processor, managing Indent Sales Order Management.
- Report functionally to the Leybold EMEA OM Head in Cologne (Muriel David), while being based at the Leybold India Office.
- Handle end-to-end order processing, from order entry to dispatch coordination.
- Validate order details and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales team, Customers, PTD, Trade Compliance, and Trade Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status continuously and proactively address delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP.
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, payment follow-ups, export documentation, shipping updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordination & clarification in the event of account blocking (overdue receivables)
- Acceptance, processing and if necessary, channelling of any complaints such as incorrect delivery, price difference, packaging costs, scheduling, forwarding delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and quality standards.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or International Trade.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Order Management, Customer Service, or Import/Export Operations.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of international trade compliance, export documentation, and global logistics processes.
- Exposure to working with cross-border teams and handling multi-country order flows.
- Strong understanding of sales order lifecycle and dispatch coordination.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and speaking skill in Hindi
