Your role

Mission

This role focuses on leveraging the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) to create custom solutions and automate processes. Scripting skills are also important for developing custom scripts to enhance SharePoint functionality.

To design, develop, and maintain scalable automation and data solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and custom scripting. This role enhances SharePoint functionality and streamlines business processes through innovative, low-code and code-based approaches.

Job Responsibilities

• Power Platform Development
  • Build custom apps using PowerApps tailored to business needs.
  • Automate workflows with Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.

• • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for SharePoint administration 
  • Automate provisioning of sites, users, permissions, and configurations 
  • Create scripts for reporting, auditing, and monitoring 
  • Maintain version-controlled script repositories (e.g., Git) 
  • Ensure security and performance best practices 

• Scripting & Integration
  • Write and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, JSON) to extend SharePoint capabilities.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Develop connectors and APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
• Solution Design & Optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize performance, usability, and scalability of developed solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data protection standards.
• Support & Documentation

• • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and change logs.
  • Train users and promote adoption of Power Platform tools.

To succeed, you will need

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or SharePoint are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, JavaScript) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office Location Pune/Bangalore(Preferred)
