Your role
Mission
These roles are crucial for providing ongoing support and development for SharePoint. This includes troubleshooting issues, managing site collections, permissions, and user access, and ensuring the system is up-to-date with patches and updates.
To deliver reliable, responsive, and secure SharePoint environments by providing expert-level support and continuous development. These roles ensure optimal system performance, user satisfaction, and alignment with organizational needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues including access, performance, and configuration.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for end users and business teams.
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents promptly.
- Site & User Management
- Manage site collections, libraries, lists, and content types.
- Administer permissions, user access, and group policies.
- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
- System Maintenance
- Apply patches, updates, and service packs to maintain system integrity.
- Perform regular backups and recovery testing.
- Document system changes and maintain configuration records.
- Development & Customization
- Build and enhance SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements.

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for SharePoint administration
- Automate provisioning of sites, users, permissions, and configurations
- Create scripts for reporting, auditing, and monitoring
- Maintain version-controlled script repositories (e.g., Git)
- Ensure security and performance best practices
- Collaborate to identify automation opportunities
- Collaboration & Training
- Assist teams in leveraging SharePoint features effectively.
- Create user guides and conduct training sessions.
- Stay current with SharePoint trends and recommend innovations.
To succeed, you will need
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or M365 are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related technologies.
