Sr. Service Engineer / Sr. Service Specialist -Power Technique-Service - South

Your Role

- Job Location - Bengaluru / Coimbatore

- Provide Technical supports to customers/ dealers.

- Responsible for ensuring timely service of all the asset in the respective territory.

- Groom and support dealer service team

- Dealer Team management – guidance and Support for service requests, Stock recommendation & ensuring adequate stock at dealer end basis installed units.

- Capable of conducting in house training for our key customers and distributors

- Ensure Total customer satisfaction & generate feel good factor, Practice existing tools for ensuring customer satisfaction/ Develop new.

- Coordination with Product specialist, Share product quality feedback & suggestions.

- Effective utilization of PTS systems – DMS, WOL,MOL,QLINK,POWERCONNECT, FLEETLINK ,MAM2 etc.

- Support product companies / marketing for new product trails.

- Identify Nonservice Taking customers & Educate benefits of availing Genuine services & spares.

 
To succeed, you will need  

- Relevant experience  of 5 - 7 years experience in service of Compressor/Heavy Earth Moving/Engine/Construction Equipment Industries.

- Diploma / BE / B Tech in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

-Dealer Management experience 

-Problem solving skills -Eye for In-depth details & Root cause analysis and Closure of Critical issues with ownership

-Basic understanding of spare parts business

-Work requires willingness to travel within the region.
