VMC/HMC Operator

Your day-to-day

• Monitoring daily machines maintenance as per the check list.
•  Setting of tools, fixtures and components on machine using process sheet & tool chart by referring the tool data
•  To inspect the component on CMM production machine as per given frequency, to correct the process if required.
•  To get the First sample inspection report from quality department and setting to be corrected according to process sheet and continue for further production.
•  To operate the machine with safe approach with standard safety & productive practices while in production.
•  To do the deburring activity of finished component wherever applicable in remaining time.
•  To operate/manage multimachine operation.
•  Suggestion to be given to supervisor for productivity and quality improvement process on machines.
•  Training new operators on component loading & unloading on machines with safety norms.
•  Coordinate with other operators shift wise to carry out machining operations & production.
•  To behave respectfully with everyone, to maitain the 5S in your work area, to take complete respossibility of your machine productivity, follow safety norms

Your skills and experience

• To have the knowledge of 2D programming on CNC turning/VMC & HMC machines
• To have the knowledge of 3D CNC programming
• To have the knowledge of tooling, tool pre setter, basic of CMM inspection
• To have the knowledge of measuring instruments
• To have the knowledge of XL sheet data entry

Your location and working hours

This position is based at our Product Company in Bangalore, India (IN). Standard shifts are 8 hours, with rotating day/night schedules. Shift work may include nights or weekends.
