Contracts Specialist

Your role
As the Contract Specialist your role is primarily to review, provide comments and liaise with the business to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Reporting to Senior Corporate Counsel, your core responsibilities will include:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including supplier agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and customer agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to support contract life cycle management.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments in the contract management system.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, and support resolution of disputes or issues.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on contract terms and risk mitigation.
- Assist in developing and improving contract templates and processes.
Your role may also extend to other relevant tasks, which your manager may instruct you to undertake from time to time, relating to the countries we support in Southeast Asia. The role may require occasional international travel.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, legal administration, or procurement.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Bangpakong, Thailand or Shah Alam, Malaysia.
