Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You will

  • Report into the Operations Manager. 
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 
  • Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. 
  • Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

You will be part of our customer center in Barcelona. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Espagne (ES).
