Job Mission:

 We are looking for a professional to join our team as an IT Operations Specialist Network, with the objective of ensuring the delivery of network services with quality, reliability and strategic alignment. Working in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers, you will be a key player in Atlas Copco's digital journey in the Americas, with a focus on excellence in user experience.

Responsibilities:

·       Be responsible for the delivery, stability and compliance of network services;

·       Support daily network operations with a focus on the NASA region (North and South America);

·       Monitor network performance and identify irregularities; Resolve network issues to ensure high availability;

·       Manage network assets, including recommendations, installation and lifecycle;

·       Plan and implement network upgrades to support new applications and traffic growth;

·       Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to align network services with business objectives;

·       Participate in projects with operational support and technical recommendations;

·       Align with Architecture and Solutions teams for continuous improvements and global compliance.

 

Requirements:

 Experience: Strong technical knowledge in LAN, WAN, Wireless and Firewall infrastructure; Experience with network troubleshooting (Layers 1 to 4 of the OSI model); Familiarity with SD-WAN (Velocloud) and zScaler Proxy (desirable); Knowledge of Azure networks (highly desirable); Experience in global and collaborative environments; Knowledge of standard IT processes and methodologies (ITIL, PMI, SDLC).

Education: Completed higher education; CCNA certification (mandatory), CCNP and ITIL Foundation (desirable); Fluent English (mandatory); second language is a plus.
