Your Role
Equipment management:
• Moving in: confirm and own the moving plan, make sure the safety of Edwards products; participate and contribute suggestion in installation risk assessment meeting.
• Installation: confirm the installation plan with the customer, update installation progress timely, mark and complete the positioning with the support of FST, be responsilble of facility precheck and turn on with the support of FST; understand Review SPEC File/BKM, participate the Toolbox meeting and contribute suggestion. • Commission: complete the Commision Report(including key paremeters) and Interface test, update BKM and sign off Commission report
• Maintenance: get the control right of Edwards products, reconfirm the maintenance, and hand over the equipment to the customer; understand the maintenance content by participate maintenance discussion meetings; participate and contribute suggestion in maintenance risk assessment meeting.
• Spot inspection: analyze the spot inspection data, and provide solution reports accordingly; contribute suggestions on spot inspection procedures.
• Troubleshooting: get the control right of Edwards products, be responsible for troubleshooting operation and provide troubleshooting reports and solutions.
• Improvement task: submit Fracas report
To succeed, you will need
Education level:
- Mechanical or electromechanical engineering background, with formal qualifications to college degree level an advantage.
• Relevant Previous experience: - Background in General vacuum and scrubber equipment, Semiconductor equipment is an advantage.
- Technical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical components.
- Experience in a service position in an industrial and highly technical environment
• Knowledge areas/Skills:
- Ability to read and use engineering drawings, and to sketch engineering requirements.
- Practical in nature with good troubleshooting skills, able to appreciate application or product issues and their influences.
• Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements):
- Command of English, both written and oral.Good level of computer literacy.
- Good Command of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
