Your role

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to [Committed to building a comprehensive service partnership in lifecycle of chamber service with customers and OEMs. Provide added value service solutions by climbing service ladder to enhance chamber service share rapidly in clean rooms of customers and OEMs.]. You will

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer demands (e.g., particle contamination, chamber matching, uptime, etc.) and integrate the company’s Chamber Service products (including STP/cryopump) into customized service solutions.
  • Optimizing the current service model to provide value-added service by climbing service ladder.
  • Independently responsible for establishing, maintaining, and deepening key decision-making chain relationships, such as with the Equipment Department, Purchasing Department, and Process Integration Department, within leading wafer fabs (FABs) and domestic equipment manufacturers in the assigned region.
  • Responsible for sales process management, including initial contact and technical exchanges to demand analysis, solution design, quotation negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Collaborate with technical support, service operations teams and STC teams to ensure client needs are accurately understood and incomplete actionable solutions, guaranteeing smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly business plans for each strategic client to achieve breakthrough growth in market share.
  • Gather industry trends, as well as market activities, service strategies, and pricing strategies of competitors, providing timely feedback and inputs for adjustments to the company’s products and strategies.

You have X - X years of experience, working as a XY

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Microelectronics, Vacuum Engineering, or related STEM discipline
  • 5+ years of sales experience in semiconductor equipment or equipment services, with proven success in FAB customer engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to independently achieve annual sales targets; key account or project-based sales experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor front-end chamber systems (etch, deposition, ion implantation, etc.) and FAB-side maintenance and procurement processes
  • Strong commercial skills including negotiation, contract understanding, and opportunity management
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building, technical discussion, and long sales-cycle management capabilities
  • Able to translate customer technical and business needs into service and commercial solutions
  • Working proficiency in English for technical and commercial documentation
