Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve sales target by focus on Tier1/2segment, Industrial Electronics and other segments to implement sales activities to increase market share and maximize company profitability in your territory;
- Identify business value chain and DMU (decision maker unit), build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders at different level;
- Find out customer needs and pain points, transformation opportunities through visits, workshop and some events…etc.;
- Collaborate with marketing team to organize and execute customer events which include customer day, demonstration, seminars, roadshow…etc. to deliver our USP and value proposition and grow our brand reputation as well;
- Cooperate with PE, process, service and project team to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with divisional and other customer center team to align segment strategy and implement China Tier1/2 and Industry Electronics Plan successfully;
- Cooperate with credit controller to fix the receivables & overdue issues efficiently and effectively.
- Other ad-hoc prioritized tasks to be assigned by the manager.
Experience
- At least 5 years working experience as sales;
- Experience in automotive Tiers industry or Industry Electronics is preferred;
- The working experience in multinational company is preferred;
- Basic management experience & leadership is awarded;
Competence Requirement:
- Communication and presentation skill;
- Proficient in English (oral and written);
- Microsoft PC skill (Be good at Power Point and Excel is must);
- Knowledge of vehicle manufacturing is preferred;
