Service Planner - Serbia

Your role

As a Service Planner, you will be the first point of contact for our customers requiring maintenance or repair services, ensuring exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction. 

You will:

• Play a key role in efficiently planning the service team’s activities and coordinating technical interventions
• Be responsible for scheduling daily work plans and providing first-line technical support to customers
• Ensure that all planned service activities are completed on time and efficiently, with a strong focus on minimizing non-productive hours
• Manage and coordinate the service team to deliver outstanding performance
• Ensure the efficient and cost-effective execution of signed Service Contracts. (Contract opening in SAP is typically handled by our Hub, and only in rare cases locally.)
• Follow-up on Service Contracts to ensure completion, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Represents the company in the after-market service activities

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a multinational environment (considered an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); advanced knowledge of SAP

• Good command of the English language
