Service Sales Engineer - Serbia

Your role
As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.
You will
- Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues.
- Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
- Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales position
- Solif knowledge of industrial product applications
- Excellent command of the local language and good command of English
- Proeficiency in computer skills
- Valid clean driving license required
- University degree in Engineering or another technical university degree is strong advantage;
- An MBA or a Masters in a related field is an additional plus;

Job location
This role is based in Belgrade with flexibility for remote work within the region. Alongside regular customer visits, the position requires frequent presence at our Belgrade office to foster collaboration with internal teams and maintain alignment on business priorities.
