Your role

As National Service Manager Serbia, you will assume a vital leadership position at the forefront of our Service business within the Customer Center. This role is a cornerstone of our local management team where you will lead an enthusiastic and talented cross-functional team. Your primary focus will be on service operations throughout Serbia, ensuring that our offerings meet and exceed customer expectations.

Your overarching mission will be to propel sustainable and profitable growth by crafting exceptional customer experiences. You will be tasked with optimizing operations and developing innovative service strategies spanning our entire equipment portfolio. Your efforts will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also drive our business objectives effectively.

You will report directly to the Regional Business Line Manager CTS SEE, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with regional experts across various domains including sales, finance, and marketing. Your leadership will empower your team and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement, fostering an environment where innovative ideas can thrive.

We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader who merges profound commercial insight with operational excellence. Your professional background ideally encompasses:

  • Proven leadership: A minimum of 3 years in a service or aftermarket management role.
  • Strong business acumen: A solid understanding of financial drivers, P&L responsibility, and proactive engagement with service performance metrics.
  • Customer focus: A track record of building trust and delivering unparalleled value through service excellence.
  • Market knowledge: Familiarity with industrial compressors and an understanding of the regional business landscape.
  • Technical and digital fluency: Proficient in using CTS tools and digital platforms for effective planning, customer engagement, and reporting.
  • Education: A degree in Engineering is preferred, with a Master’s in Marketing or Business Administration viewed favorably.
  • Languages: Fluency in Serbian and English is essential.
  • Mindset: A strategic thinker and inspiring team player who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
  • Mobility: A willingness to travel across the country regularly is required.
