Service Internal Sales

Your role
Position Mission
Drive business development of Service in Compressor Technique and support our customers’ basic service and maintenance needs.
Basic Responsibilities and objectives
- Sales of spare parts
- Sales of fix price and Service plans for machines up to 45kW
- Support and develop our customers on a daily basis, by answering their request for quotations on service.
- Process customers’ orders by aligning with order processing team (follow up deliveries with technical questions).
- Develop the Compressor Technique Service business within assigned territory, by further extending the business with our current customers, by offering new products.
- Develop the Compressor Technique Service Distributor business within assigned territory, by supporting distributors with marketing information, software and bussines tools, pricing and basic technical information
- Maintain all Sales Documents and Customer Accounts in the Company’s CRM (Cloud for Customer).
- Create leads in CRM (Cloud for customer)
- Collaborate with field service technicians on customers’ service needs and status of their equipment.
- Resolve order related problems and queries.
- Communicate and resolve issues with customers’ outstanding receivables.
- Align with other departments regarding customers’ information and service quotations.
- Maintain communication with product companies regarding orders and stock levels.
- Support our customers, ensure transparent communication and safeguard as such the Atlas Copco customer experience.

Skills and Competencies Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or sales support role or with previous experience in Service operations.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge in SAP or in a CRM system is a plus.
- Strong customer focus, pro-active, and results-oriented.
- Proficient Communication through the Phone and e-mail.
- Hold an open communication at all levels and being able to move across hierarchies.
- Self-motivated, self-organized, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty.
- Structured and practical aiming to solve daily issues, being capable to drive actions into positive end.
- Willingness to follow procedures but open in creativity and innovation.
- Expected to be able to work alone but should preserve and promote the team spirit, fairness and respect for all individuals in the organization.
Educational requirements
- Degree/diploma in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or Marketing and trade
