Your role

As Territory Sales Manager Power & Light, you will be responsible for driving direct and indirect sales of power generators, light towers, and energy storage solutions across Ex‑Yugoslavia, Albania, and Bulgaria. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop customer and dealer relationships, increase market share, and achieve ambitious growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

Working closely with the Regional Business Line Manager and cross‑functional teams (Sales, Service, Marketing), you will actively contribute to territory strategy, market development actions, and strengthening the Atlas Copco brand in the region. You will also ensure compliance with safety, QHSE, and ethical standards while managing company assets responsibly.

To succeed, you will need

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in machinery or equipment business (experience in electric power solutions is a strong advantage)
  • Proven exposure to power generators, light towers, or energy storage systems
  • Experience in direct and indirect (dealer / rental) sales
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to independently manage a territory in a remote working environment
  • Serbian (mandatory) and English (minimum B2)
  • Engineering or technical education background (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar preferred)
  • Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn
  • High customer focus, result orientation, and accountability
  • Driving license B and willingness to travel regularly
