Marketing & Communications Specialist

Digital Communication & Content

  • Regularly update and maintain the HHV Pumps website and social media channels.
  • Develop engaging and creative content tailored for digital platforms.
  • Manage email campaigns to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

Marketing Communication

  • Design and deliver marketing materials (brochures, presentations, visuals, and digital assets) to support sales activities.
  • Ensure all communication reflects HHV Pumps’ brand identity and messaging.
  • Execute product and market communication campaigns targeting key customer segments.

Internal & External Communication

  • Create and distribute newsletters, announcements, and updates for internal teams (PC and CC).
  • Manage customer-facing communication including product launches, promotions, and company announcements.
  • Serve as a communication link between HHV Pumps and the wider Atlas Copco Group.

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage and grow the organization’s digital and social media presence
  • Plan, schedule, and analyse social media content and engagement
  • Monitor trends and recommend improvements to digital marketing efforts

 Brand & External Relations

  • Maintain and protect brand identity across all channels
  • Assist with public relations activities, including digital releases and activities
  • Support events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences as needed

Digital Marketing, Sales & Analytics

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, track effectiveness, and report KPIs.
  • Execute and coordinate digital sales and campaigns
  • Apply SEO, social media optimization, and digital best practices to enhance visibility.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of campaigns and improve outcomes.

To succeed, you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing &/or Communications and media, or a related field or demonstrated through relevant experience
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in Communications, marketing, or digital marketing (preferably in an industrial or B2B environment).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel communications.
  • A creative communicator with excellent storytelling ability.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable working across global and cross functional teams.
  • Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
