The Company Nurse/HR Assistant will be responsible to attend employees’ medical concerns. She will be also providing support to HR department.


Company Nurse / HR Assistant

  • This position is responsible for implementing the OSH programs of the company and also assists in the HR functions such as but not limited to training and development, events, benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Responsible in promoting company health and safety-related training and programs.
  • S/he must manage confidential files including the following: maintain an efficient, updated reporting and recording system of employee’s health records and files
  • Administers first aid treatment on illness or accident before referring the patient to a hospital nearby for further medical treatment.
  • Follows-up employees admitted in the hospitals and conducts home visits as requested by department heads.
  • Attends and coordinates employees’ annual check-up.
  • Systematically maintains an up-to-date inventory of medicines and supplies and replenishes supply on schedule to ensure availability. Maintenance of medical instruments.
  • Response to employee’s health concern, give sound advice and referrals.
  • Post-up station at Company clinic. Employees blood pressure monitoring and vital signs taking.
  • Implements and ensures compliance with Health and Safety policies, procedures and programs.
  • Act as liaison and coordinator with HMO transactions.
  • Implements monthly wellness program for health awareness and information dissemination.
  • Team Leader for Medical Search and Rescue Team
  • Transports employees to hospital or send home when necessary
  • On time Submission of Medical and Illness Report to DOLE
  • Monitors Pre-Employment Medical Examination for newly hired employees
  • Assist Field Service Engineers Fit to Work Compliance to customers
  • Facilitates Random Drug Test Annually
  • Secures and Checks First Aid Kit issued to Service Personnel
  • Secures Fit to Work of Employees with Medical Conditions
  • Performs Emergency Briefing in the absence of the Safety Officer
  • Responsible for Daily Canteen Operations
  • Maintains Safe Drinking Water for Employees
  • Mobile Phones, wi-fi, landlines (billings, applications, disconnection and other related concerns)
  • Monthly Processing of Rice subsidy for Employees
  • Prepares First Friday Mass each month
  • Audits Medicine Reimbursement of Employees

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a corporate, clinic, or hospital set-up
  • Must have an experience with HMO and SSS medical related benefits

Educational Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent
  • With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training Certificate or Occupational Health Nurse Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) Training Certificate is an advantage
  • Certification in First Aid Training is a plus
