Mission:

As the Business Line Manager for the Industrial Air Division (AII), you will transform our strategic vision into clear, actionable business plans that are tailored to meet the unique demands of the market. Your role will involve effectively executing these plans while continuously monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy Implementation

  • Take full ownership of direct sales activities within the AII Division.

  • Drive sustainable business growth across the full spectrum of AII products.

  • Collaborate closely with CTS operations and the marketing team.

  • Manage the profit and loss statement for the AII Division.

  • Translate and execute divisional strategies into effective local initiatives.

 

2. Product Management

  • Foster strong relationships within the Industrial Air Division to develop and implement targeted marketing plans that achieve budgeting goals.

  • Oversee product costing and pricing strategies.

  • Provide robust sales support and comprehensive product training.

  • Collaborate with the team to design innovative marketing programs and event campaigns.

  • Work closely with divisional product managers to create valuable sales tools and training materials.

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to maintain market relevance.

 

3. Sales Development and Coverage

  • Expand the distributor network into non-traditional areas to enhance market share, particularly in the micro-industrial segment in the Philippines.

  • Formulate, review, and adapt pricing strategies and distribution channel development.

  • Develop, monitor, and enhance support systems for all sales activities related to distributors, dealers, agents, and the Oil & Gas Sector and EPC.

  • Evaluate sales performance metrics for distributors, dealers, agents, and project sales, driving necessary actions for improvement.

  • Implement proactive sales management practices and full support for the utilization of CRM “ C4C” by direct team and indirect channel as needed.

  • Advocate for digital transformation initiatives within the sales approach.

  • Develop and implement streamlined local processes to support digital sales efforts.

  • Maintain stock movement and replenishment, ensuring the “Smart Stock” concept is adhered to and avoiding aging stock.

 

4. People Management

  • Lead and inspire the AII Direct Sales & Marketing team, fostering professional growth and equipping team members with the competencies needed to excel.

  • Oversee team performance and development, setting actionable plans for effective lead generation.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with team members to enhance communication, identify training needs, and provide insights for performance improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

 

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Operational Excellence

  • Cultivate strong internal and external customer relationships.

  • Monitor, control and support on account receivables.

  • Oversee departmental activities and expenditures to adhere to budgetary guidelines.

  • Coordinate initiatives between Industrial Sales and the CTS department.

  • Uphold and promote adherence to all company policies, ethics, and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented within the team.

 

Experience Requirements

• End-to-end execution of marketing strategies

• 3 years in Business Development for industrial sales

Educational Requirements

Degree on Engineering/Marketing preferably with MBA
