Project Based - HR Assistant

Your day-to-day
Mission:
To deliver efficient, accurate, and employee-centered HR operational support by ensuring timely processing of HR transactions, maintaining reliable employee records and systems, and providing seamless assistance across recruitment, onboarding, employee services, payroll coordination, and HR programs, while upholding company policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR transactions, employee records, compliance, and serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries.
- Recruitment Support: Provide administrative and coordination support across the hiring process, including interview scheduling, candidate documentation, onboarding, and talent pipeline management.
- Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, pre-employment requirements, payroll enrollment, and employee integration programs.
- Offboarding: Oversee separation processes, exit interviews, clearance, and final pay coordination.
- Internship Management: Partner with schools, manage intern selection, onboarding, evaluations, and completion certifications.
- HR Administration: Maintain 201 files, prepare employment certificates, and assist with employee travel documentation.
- HR Events: Coordinate employee engagement activities, HR events, and company-wide initiatives.
- Additional Projects: Support HR Manager and management in operational requirements, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your skills and experience
A. Experience: At least 1 year in HR administration, facilities coordination, or related support functions; fresh graduates are welcome.
B. Education: Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related course.
C. Knowledge & Skills
- Basic HR and administrative processes, records management, MS Office, and HR systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities; confidentiality in handling documents.
D. Personality: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and accountable with a positive attitude
