Project Based - Recruitment Specialist

Your role

To deliver efficient, accurate, and employee-centered HR operational support by ensuring timely processing of HR transactions, maintaining reliable employee records and systems, and providing seamless assistance across recruitment, onboarding, employee services, payroll coordination, and HR programs, while upholding company policies and processes.

Your day-to-day

1. 1. 1. 1. Talent Acquisition (End- to End Recruitment)
         1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
         2. Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles.
         3. Maintain recruitment records, reports, and requisitions.
         4. Facilitate job offers, contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
         5. Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
         6. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent pipeline.

          

         2. HR Events and Activities
         1. Coordinate and support the planning and execution of HR events, employee engagement activities, and company-wide people initiatives.
         2. Manage event logistics, including coordination with vendors, participants, venues, materials, and communications.
         3. Support employee engagement activities and ensure timely communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
         4. Maintain event records, schedules, and related documentation.

          

         3. Carry out additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager or Management to support operational requirements, business priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Your skills and experience

A. Experience : 5 years as Recruitment Specialist, with strong focus on sourcing and recruitment.

B. Education : Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related course.

C. Knowledge & Skills

• HRM principles in recruitment and training.
• Familiarity with labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in HR metrics analysis and project management.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

D. Personality Requirements

• Results-driven, with focus on HR goals such as recruitment, retention, and compliance.
• Analytical mindset for HR trends and process improvement.
• Collaborative yet independent, with strong conflict mediation skills.
• Clear communicator for policies, training, and employee updates.
