Location: Openings available across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao branches

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Skilled in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
  • Proficient in instrumentation and control systems
  • Experience with VSD (Variable Speed Drives) and VFD (Variable Frequency Drives)
  • Relevant field experience

 

Mission:

 

To maximize customer satisfaction on our service quality and capability by providing professional field service and consultancy, while promoting service products to generate service NIS.

This role involves service, repairs, maintenance, and overhaul of air compressors and related industrial equipment across our Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Inform the customer’s person-in-charge upon arrival before starting any job to avoid production or business interruptions.
  • Apply correct working methods, use appropriate tools, and strictly follow safety rules and regulations.
  • Collect local purchase parts from suppliers for service jobs.
  • Execute daily assignments as instructed by the Supervisor or Manager.
  • Follow all instructions outlined in the service work order.
  • Conduct test runs and monitor serviced units, recording all readings to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document job details and recommend follow-up actions if necessary.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any required follow-up or repair work.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the compressor room and surrounding area before leaving the site.

 

 

Records, Maintenance, and Feedback:

 

  • Provide feedback to the Supervisor/Manager on required follow-up actions.
  • Share technical and quality feedback with the technical specialist based on customer input.
  • Accurately record time spent on field, workshop, and other activities.
  • Submit timely and accurate work orders, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Project teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain issued PPEs, ensure service vehicle cleanliness and condition, and upkeep personal tools and workshop area.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of all workshop and measuring equipment.

 

 

Other Responsibilities:

 

Utilize the Mobile Asset Management (MAM) Tool.

Coordinate with Service Planners and Supervisors.

Strive for first-time job completion.

 

Other requirements: 

 

  • Flexible to adjust work schedule to meet customer demands, including occasional evening or weekend work.
  • Proactive and accountable, taking ownership of customer needs and driving solutions.
  • Experienced in working independently while reporting to the regional head office.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and production plant operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a workshop repair environment, with technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Proficient in using technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites.
