Job Description:

•    Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding equipment orders.
•    Prepare and present quotations or proposals, ensuring clear communication with customers, supporting and in coordination with the Sales Engineers.
•    Utilize proactive sales management tools to support and enhance sales activities.
•    Promote and sell products across the full range of service offerings.
•    Coordinate with customers, and the credit collection team to ensure timely payments. Always coordinating with the Sales Engineers
•    Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate outbound leads through campaigns, including re-engaging inactive accounts via email or phone.
•    Identifying customer pain points to better align solutions with their needs.
•    Transfer qualified leads and promising opportunities to the Senior Sales Engineer (SSE) for further engagement.
•    Provide support in order processing by coordinating between Sales Engineers and the Supply Chain team.
•    Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, including data analysis and ensuring data quality.
•    Perform other tasks as needed.

To succeed, you will need

Requirements:

•    Background in sales support or technical sales. 
•    Strong communication and customer service skills
•    Skilled in quotation preparation and documentation
•    Familiar with sales tools and CRM platforms
•    Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
•    Able to identify customer needs and generate leads
