Atlas Copco Vietnam is looking for Service Sales Engineer based in Binh Duong for the South territory.

 

The Mission of the Service Sales Engineer is to accelerate growth of the service (aftermarket) business and achieve the targets and objectives in the assigned territory. He or she put in place effortful actions to maximize the business based on the full potential and optimizing profitability. She or he is a member of the Compressor Technique Service division in Atlas Copco Vietnam and reports to the Business Line Manager Sales & Marketing.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Grow the service revenue and profitability in a sustainable and consistent way in accordance with the targets in the defined sales territory
  • Put in place strategies and action plans to substantially increase the 1-1 ratio with focus on the total installed base as well as individual service products
  • Steadily increase the service contracts business with focus on an increase in long term contracts with highest customer value (EW+, TC, TR)
  • Accelerate the overhaul business in line with the installed potential
  • Harvest on connectivity through fast growth in registration and sales of licenses
  • Improve customer satisfaction, pro-actively obtaining feedback and acting adequately to customer feedback
  • Drive pro-active sales through developing competence development and using the available sales tools to the fullest potential
  • Fully adoption to CRM, lead management and consistent creation of quotations to increase efficiency and optimize customer value creation
  • Communication closely and transparently with colleagues in the region and beyond to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Optimize the time spent with customers and prospects

 

Requirements:

  • Strong sales drive in technical consultancy
  • 1-2 year experienced in industrial product sales, service sales, spare part sales
  • Able to communicate in English
