Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, your primary duty will be to meet and surpass sales objectives while advocating for a diverse array of products from the Oil Free Air Division. You will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with current customers and developing our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass
  • Achieving or exceeding sales goals in terms of sold units, revenue, and overall volume targets.
  • Ensuring that all products are effectively marketed and visible in the marketplace.
  • Delivering exceptional service to existing customers, enhancing their experience to foster loyalty.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business prospects to always expand market presence.
  • Sharing insights and opportunities with the team to promote a collaborative working atmosphere.
  • Participating in relevant industry events to highlight and showcase our innovations.

 

Required qualifications

To thrive in this role, it is essential to have a strong background in project sales, alongside the following qualifications and skills:

  • A proven track record in sales, demonstrating successful negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluency in English is preferred, which will aid in communication and collaboration within our international team.
  • Familiarity with the Compressor Technique portfolio is an advantage.
  • International workplace exposure, especially in various industry projects, will be beneficial.
  • The ability to start immediately is a strong plus.

 

  • A results-oriented attitude, showing agressiveness and resilience to achieve goals.

Remuneration

  • Base salary from 20-25 mvnd monthly
