Your Responsibilities
- Achieving or exceeding sales goals in terms of sold units, revenue, and overall volume targets.
- Ensuring that all products are effectively marketed and visible in the marketplace.
- Delivering exceptional service to existing customers, enhancing their experience to foster loyalty.
- Identifying and pursuing new business prospects to always expand market presence.
- Sharing insights and opportunities with the team to promote a collaborative working atmosphere.
- Participating in relevant industry events to highlight and showcase our innovations.
To Succeed, You Will Need
To thrive in this role, it is essential to have a strong background in project sales, alongside the following qualifications and skills:
- A proven track record in sales, demonstrating successful negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred, which will aid in communication and collaboration within our international team.
- Familiarity with the Compressor Technique portfolio is an advantage.
- International workplace exposure, especially in various industry projects, will be beneficial.
- The ability to start immediately is a strong plus.
