Your role

As a Warehouse Administrator, your mission is to ensure that things are running smoothly behind the scenes and that our warehouse operations are handled with accuracy, flow and reliability everyday. You will report to Warehouse Supervisor. 

Your Main responsibilities: 

  • Scheduling, booking, and completing ERP receipting for incoming local and international shipments, while liaising with import transport providers and 3PL storage partners

  • Coordinating outbound activities, including ad hoc transportation planning to ensure on‑time delivery to customers

  • Liaising with freight and transport providers, managing consignment notes, PODs, delivery tracking, and providing clear internal and external communication

  • Preparing and managing shipping and customs documentation for imports and exports, including clearance follow‑up

  • Supporting safety, compliance, warehouse KPI tracking, claims, cycle counts, stock take, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Experience in warehouse administration within an industrial, logistics, or parts‑based environment

  • Confidence using ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded)

  • Intermediate Excel capability and strong attention to detail

  • A safety‑first mindset with commitment to OHS standards

  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment
