Your role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your mission is to run a safe, organised, and reliable operation.

This is a role that is hands-on, people-focused and for a leader who sets clear standards, supports their team and keeps things moving calmly even when priorities changes. You will report to the Logistics Manager. 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Leading day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring parts and equipment are available accurately and on time

  • Creating a safe, structured, and well‑organised warehouse environment where standards are clear and followed

  • Supporting and developing your team through coaching, clear expectations, and fair leadership

  • Working closely with service planners, workshop teams, and operations to align priorities and enable service delivery

  • Using systems and data to drive accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Experience leading or supervising a warehouse, stores, or logistics team

  • A safety‑first mindset you lead by example and care about people going home safe

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly

  • A collaborative approach you communicate clearly and build trust across teams

  • Confidence using ERP/WMS systems and processes (SAP experience is an advantage)
