What you’ll be doing: 

• Designing and executing sales strategies and campaigns for Inside Sales.
• Coaching and mentoring high-performing team to exceed targets.
• Collaborating across departments to launch new products and improve processes.
• Managing key accounts and identifying growth opportunities
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

To succeed, you will need

• Proven experience in Sales leadership, ideally in a technical or service-based industry.
• Strong Communication and planning skills, with a people first mindset
• Skilled in creating and executing effective plans that support team and business success.
• Passion for mentoring and team development
• Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools and data-driven decision making
