As a Cash Apply Specialist Sr., you will leverage your expertise in finance and attention to detail to manage payment allocations, resolve discrepancies, and enhance the effectiveness of our credit operations. Working within a global and innovative company, you will contribute to building reliable financial processes that support sustainable business growth.

Your day-to-day

• Accurately apply customer payments, ensuring proper allocation against outstanding invoices and accounts receivable.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and short payments in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
• Maintain up-to-date records in financial systems, supporting accurate reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with the Credit & Collection team to optimize processes and escalate issues as necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the cash application process.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
